Anokorono Umeshu (plum liqueur) is made simply by steeping Japanese plums and sugar in our Premier Japanese Rice Shochu. While most Japanese plum liqueur is made with low-cost spirits made from molasses as a base, our plum liqueur is made from high-quality rice, giving it a rich taste.

Not too sweet, not too strong. The refreshing sourness of the plums and the full, soft flavor of the Shochu combine to create a light, easy-to-drink plum liqueur.
